Planning wealth across generations
Lately I've been thinking and writing a lot about how families build and protect wealth over decades, not quarters. Recent work covers multi-generational wealth strategies that go beyond the trust document, the common mistakes families don't see until it's too late, and how high-performing families run their wealth like a business.
Making tax planning proactive, not reactive
A theme I keep coming back to: your tax return is the starting line, not the finish line. I'm focused on helping clients move from deadline-driven scrambling to year-round strategy, so the decisions that actually lower a tax bill happen long before April.
Strengthening the finance function for owners
I work closely with franchise owners and family-operated businesses across law, healthcare, real estate, private equity, and tech. Right now that often means helping them move past DIY bookkeeping and build a finance function that can actually support real growth.
On the lighter side
When I'm not deep in a client's books, I'm usually planning the next trip. I love connecting with people across the globe, and if I could pick one superpower, it would be meeting clients and colleagues anywhere in the world instantly, no flights required.
