The Match
The match we watched was the USA-Australia game, and it's funny how it came together. Those tickets were the only ones available back in December for the U.S. game, so my wife grabbed them.
I didn't know it then, but that one pair of tickets would end up being the start of a whole trip.
Seattle
We flew into Seattle with two of my old friends, me and my wife.
The atmosphere in Seattle was a lot of fun. A packed stadium for a U.S. World Cup match is its own kind of energy. And the U.S. won the game.
The Run
It's been an exciting World Cup for the U.S.
One ticket bought on a whim in December became a trip with old friends, a packed stadium, and a team worth watching.
